Laurie Wardrop

Practice Manager

Laurie earned her Masters in Public Management from Indiana University Kokomo and Bachelors in Business degree from Indiana Wesleyan. She has 40 years of healthcare experience, which includes roles such as Practice Manager, Director of Imaging Services, MRI Tech & X-ray tech with Community Howard Regional Health and St. Joseph Hospital in Kokomo. Laurie has been Practice Manager with IHC since 2018.

Monika Bhagat, MD

Pediatrician

Dr. Monika Bhagat completed her pediatric residency training at Driscoll Children’s Hospital in Corpus Christi, Texas and is board certified in Pediatrics. She is also a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP). Dr. Bhagat is a graduate of Government Medical College in Jammu, Jammu and Kashmir, India, where she completed her medical education and internship. Dr. Bhagat was trained in community health care as an intern in rural areas. This empowered her with the confidence and experience to manage most health concerns. She enjoys counselling young mothers on the importance of breastfeeding, immunization, child nutrition, and regular health checkups.

Elizabeth Dulmes, RN, MSN, FNP-C

Elizabeth Dulmes, RN, MSN, FNP-C completed her training at the Indiana Wesleyan University Graduate School of Nursing in Marion, Indiana and is licensed in the state of Indiana as an Advanced Practice Nurse. Elizabeth is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the Ball State University School of Nursing. Elizabeth is certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).

Susan J. Moore, Ph.D., GNP-C, FNP-C completed her doctoral and graduate training at Indiana University Graduate School of Nursing in Indianapolis, Indiana and is licensed in the state of Indiana as an Advanced Practice Nurse. Susan also completed graduate training in Medical-Surgical Nursing at Emory University. She is board certified as both a Family Nurse Practitioner and Gerontological Nurse Practitioner and has received several academic appointments as a lecturer and a clinical professor. Susan is certified in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).

Jerra N. Sharp, DMD

Dr. Jerra N. Sharp, DMD completed her training at University of Louisville School of Dentistry in Louisville, Kentucky where she received a doctorate in dental medicine (DMD). She is a licensed dentist in the State of Indiana and a member of both the American Dental Association (ADA) and the Indiana Dental Association (IDA). Dr. Sharp is a graduate of Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology with Minor in Chemistry. Dr. Sharp enjoys treatment planning for both adults and children as well as improving the dental health of families and communities.

Dr. Zentz is a graduate of Indiana University School of Medicine located in Indianapolis, Indiana where he completed his Doctor of Medicine Doctoral Degree (MD).
