Lisa A. Kleindorfer, MSN, APRN, NP-C completed her masters level training at the Indiana University Graduate School of Nursing located in Indianapolis, Indiana and is licensed in the state of Indiana as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN). Lisa is board certified as an Adult Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of State of New York in Albany, New York. Cynthia is certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association. Lisa is a hardworking nursing professional with over twenty years of experience. She is an adult nurse practitioner committed to serving the patients in her community with particular focus on primary care and women’s healthcare.

Kate McCalla-Gilliatt, APRN, DNP, ANP-C, FNP-C completed her doctorate level training at the Indiana State University Graduate School of Nursing located in Terre Haute, Indiana and is licensed in the state of Indiana as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN). She completed her post masters level family nurse practitioner training at the Indiana State University Graduate School of Nursing located in Terre Haute, Indiana and her masters level training at the Indiana University Graduate School of Nursing located in Indianapolis, Indiana. Kate is board certified as both an Adult Nurse Practitioner and a Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Indiana University Columbus in Indianapolis, Indiana. Kate is certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association. Kate has experience in the care of clients over the entire age spectrum and enjoys helping those with chronic disease. She believes that our lifestyle can be changed to enhance better living with chronic diseases.
