Marta Mendez

Practice Manager

Marta has nearly 10 years of healthcare experience. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts from Indiana University (IUPUI) in 2016. During this time, she gained experience at Eskenazi Health in various roles that include Patient Navigator and Certified Spanish Medical Interpreter. It was during her time at Eskenazi Health that she realized she had a passion to make a difference in the healthcare field. Therefore, she pursued her Masters degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Healthcare from Indiana Wesleyan University. As Marta was completing her MBA, the opportunity to work in management at the Indiana State Department of Health presented itself. She was the MOMS Helpline Supervisor within the Maternal and Child Health Division for nearly 2 years. Marta’s passion in helping the underserved population continued to grow and the opportunity to work with this population presented in April of 2019 as she joined IHC Logansport as Office Manager. After a few months, Marta embarked in a new challenge as she became Practice Manager at IHC Logansport. Her goal is to ensure that everyone who navigates through the healthcare system has a pleasant experience as they meet their healthcare needs.

Donna Campbell, MSN RN, FNP-C

Family Nurse Practitioner

Donna Campbell, MSN APRN, FNP-C completed her Master of Science in Nursing at Indiana University Kokomo Graduate School of Nursing in Kokomo, Indiana and is licensed in the state of Indiana as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse. Donna is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Purdue University Calumet in Hammond, Indiana. Donna is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Provider (NRP), Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association.

Dr. Philip Renfroe, MD, MScPH

Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Philip Renfroe, MD, MScPH completed his family medicine training and internship at the Medical Center Department of Family Practice in Columbus, Georgia. Dr. Renfroe is board certified in Family Medicine with the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM). Dr. Renfroe is a graduate of the Louisiana State University School of Medicine in Shreveport, Louisiana, where he completed his doctorate in medicine. Dr. Renfroe has earned a Master of Science in Public Health (Health Promotion) (MScPH) from the University of London in London, England and a Postgraduate Diploma of Public Health from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine in London, England. Dr. Renfroe served for many years as the Chief of Medical Staff and staff physician for adult, pediatric, and obstetrical services at Tenwek Hospital in Bomet, Kenya, East Africa. He also currently serves as the Assistant Professor of Public Health at Indiana Wesleyan University in Marion, Indiana.

John B. Savage, MD

Family Medicine

Dr. John B. Savage completed his family medicine residency training at Indiana University Health Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie, Indiana. Dr. Savage is board certified in Family Medicine and a member of the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM). Dr. Savage also attended the Georgia Institute of Technology where he earned a masters level education, M.S.E.E, and a bachelors level education, B.E.E., with the highest honors and distinction in Electrical Engineering. Dr. Savage is an experienced family physician and is certified in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiopulmonary Life Support (ACLS), and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).

Connie Tidd, MSN RN, FNP-C

Family Nurse Practitioner

Connie Tidd, MSN RN, FNP-C completed her training at Indiana University Kokomo Graduate School of Nursing in Kokomo, Indiana, and is licensed in the state of Indiana as an Advanced Practice Nurse. Connie is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Indiana University Kokomo in Kokomo, Indiana. Connie is certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association.
