Chad Springer, MBA, Practice Manager

Chad earned his Master of Business Administration from Indiana University Kokomo and Bachelor of Arts degree from Wabash College. He has over 11 years of healthcare experience, which includes roles such as Practice Manager and Physician Recruiter with Community Howard Regional Health in Kokomo.  Chad has been Practice Manager at IHC’s Kokomo location since 2014.

 

 

Leny Philip, MD, Site Medical Director

Leny Philip

Leny Philip, MD, MBA, completed his Internal Medicine residency training at St. Elizabeth Medical Center, Boston, MA. He completed his medical training in India. He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and has a MBA in Health Care Management. He currently is the Site Medical Director at IHC’s Kokomo location.

 

 

 

Rajeswari Arun

ARUN

Dr. Rajeswari Arun completed her pediatric residency training at the St. Barnabas Hospital Albert Einstein College of Medicine in Bronx, New York and is board certified in Pediatrics. Dr. Arun is a Fellow of the American Board of Pediatrics (AAP). Dr. Arun is a graduate of Government Medical College located in Thrissur, Kerala, India where she completed her medical education and internship. She is certified in both Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP). Dr. Arun’s special areas of interest are electrolyte imbalances, pediatric hypertension, and asthma.

 

Monika Bhagat

BhagatDr. Monika Bhagat completed her pediatric residency training at Driscoll Children’s Hospital in Corpus Christi, Texas and is board certified in Pediatrics. She is also a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP). Dr. Bhagat is a graduate of Government Medical College in Jammu, Jammu and Kashmir, India, where she completed her medical education and internship. Dr. Bhagat was trained in community health care as an intern in rural areas. This empowered her with the confidence and experience to manage most health concerns. She enjoys counseling young mothers on the importance of breastfeeding, immunization, child nutrition, and regular health checkups.

 

Kristina Glick, FNP

Kristina K. Glick completed her training at the Ball State University Graduate School of Nursing in Muncie, Indiana and is licensed in the state of Indiana as an Advanced Practice Nurse. Kris is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the Indiana Wesleyan University School of Nursing and her Associate of Science in Nursing at Indiana University School of Nursing. She is certified in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).

 

Carrie Hendrix, MSN, CPNP

Mary Catherine “Carrie” Hendrix, MSN, CPNP completed her training at the Purdue University Graduate School of Nursing in West Lafayette, Indiana and is licensed in the state of Indiana as an Advanced Practice Nurse. Carrie is board certified as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner through the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners (NAPNAP). She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the Purdue University School of Nursing. Carrie is certified in Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).

 

Kellie Kilrain, MSN, RN, CPNP

Kellie Kilrain, MSN, RN, CPNP completed her training at Indiana University Graduate School of Nursing in Indianapolis, Indiana and is licensed in the state of Indiana as an Advanced Practice Nurse. Kellie is board certified as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner and is a member of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners (NAPNAP). She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the Indiana University School of Nursing. She is certified in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR). 

 

Samatha Madhavarapu

Dr. Samatha Madhavarapu completed her pediatric residency training at St. Barnabas Hospital in Bronx, NY and is board certified in Pediatrics. She is also a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP). Dr. Madhavarapu is a graduate of Gandhi Medical College & Hospital in Hyderabad, XXX Pradesh, India where she completed her medical education and internship. Dr. Madhavarapu also holds a Masters in Community Health (MS) from Minnesota State University in Mankato, MN. Dr. Madhavarapu is certified in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Life Support (PALS), and Neonatal Advanced Life Support (NALS).

 

Susan Moore, Ph.D., GNP-C, GNP-C

Moore, SueSusan J. Moore, Ph.D., GNP-C, FNP-C completed her doctoral and graduate training at Indiana University Graduate School of Nursing in Indianapolis, Indiana and is licensed in the state of Indiana as an Advanced Practice Nurse. Susan also completed graduate training in Medical-Surgical Nursing at Emory University. She is board certified as both a Family Nurse Practitioner and Gerontological Nurse Practitioner and has received several academic appointments as a lecturer and a clinical professor. Susan is certified in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).

 

Pradeep Murthaiah

MurthaiahDr. Pradeep Murthaiah completed his family medicine residency training at Southern Illinois University in Springfield, Illinois and is board certified in Family Medicine. He is also a member of both the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM) and the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP). Dr. Murthaiah is a graduate of JJM Medical College located in Davangere, India, where he completed his medical education and internship. His special interests include prevention and management of heart disease, diabetes, and improving the health of families and communities.

 

Anne Rhoton, RN, MSN, FNP-C

Anne Rhoton, RN, MSN, FNP-C completed her training at the University of Cincinnati Graduate School of Nursing in Cincinnati, Ohio and is licensed in the State of Indiana as an Advanced Practice Nurse. Anne is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the Indiana University School of Nursing. Anne is certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).

Anshu Sidana

SidanaDr. Anshu Sidana completed her family medicine residency training at Indiana University Health-Methodist Hospital Family Medicine Residency Program in Indianapolis, Indiana and is board certified in Family Medicine. She is also a member of both the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM) and the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP). Dr. Sidana is a graduate of SGRD Institute of Medical Sciences & Research, located in Abohar, Punjab, India, where she completed her medical education and internship. Dr. Sidana considers herself a patient advocate, and her interests include child safety and safe motherhood reproductive programs.
