IHC welcomes Kate McCalla-Gilliatt, Family/Adult Nurse Practitioner, at Community Health Center of Jackson County

Gilliatt photoIndiana Health Centers, Inc. is excited to have Kate McCalla-Gilliatt, MSN, ANP-C, FNP-C join our provider team at Community Health Center of Jackson County!  Kate completed her adult nurse practitioner training at Indiana University Graduate School of Nursing in Indianapolis, Indiana.  She completed her family nurse practitioner training at Indiana State University Graduate School of Nursing in Terre Haute, Indiana.  Kate is board certified as both an Adult and a Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).  She is also a member of the Coalition of Advanced Practice Nurses of Indiana (CAPNI).  Kate completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Indiana University in Indianapolis, Indiana.  She is certified in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life
Support (PALS), and Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).  Kate is experienced in the care of clients over the entire age spectrum.  Her special
interests include rural healthcare for the uninsured and underinsured.  Her experience also includes chronic disease management and educating the community as to how to better live with their chronic diseases.
